Supply Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth for HP OEM toner and ink within commercial and federal accounts.

• Leverage existing programs for end-users and resellers.

• Perform cold calling activities.

• Engage with end-users and partners through in-person meetings.

• Develop deals and proposals utilizing MS PowerPoint and Excel.

• Oversee forecasts and sales pipelines using MS Dynamics.

• Explore new opportunities while enhancing existing ones to build and manage the specialty sales pipeline.

• Stay informed about competitors to strategically position HP's products and services.

• Formulate pursuit plans and align the sales pipeline with account managers.

• Assist in proposal development, negotiations, and closing deals.

• Provide technical support to account managers and engage in client interactions.

• Increase contractual renewals for mid-sized accounts and higher total contract value renewals.

• Build and nurture relationships with customers and partners at all organizational levels.

• Manage an average or above size quota across Medium, Enterprise, Corporate Segment, or SLED accounts.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred: University or Bachelor's degree.

• Relevant previous work experience is essential.

• Proven track record of achieving progressively higher sales quotas.

• Insight into the industry and market segment relevant to key accounts.

• Skills in account planning and precise revenue forecasting.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with management and sales teams on shared accounts.

• Ability to foster and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Capability to establish professional relationships up to the executive level.

• Demonstrated leadership and initiative in prospecting, negotiating, and closing specialty sales.

• In-depth knowledge of products, solutions, services, and competitor offerings.

• Proficiency in using MS PowerPoint and Excel.

• Experience in managing forecasts and pipelines through MS Dynamics.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
