Supply Chain Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Take charge of managing clinical trial deliverables and leverage your expertise to tackle complex challenges.

• Supervise and maintain the integrity of Temperature Excursions.

• Assist in processing Manufacturing Requests.

• Carry out pre-production activities to ensure timely job handover within Global Packaging Operations.

• Advance and authorize clinical site temperature excursions to guarantee the continuity of clinical supplies.

• Provide assistance to Global Packaging Operations and Clinical Interface teams within the Clinical Supply Chain.

• Engage in management monitoring activities for Pre-Production Management.

• Authorize GMP PMD Manufacturing Requests in the local inventory management system.

• Oversee temperature excursions for local depots, in-transit excursions, and clinical sites.

• Manage inventory movements across the network to ensure that stock is positioned correctly at all times.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

• Proven experience in Temperature Excursion management, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

• Capability to work independently while guiding others.

• A rigorous, detailed, and pragmatic approach with the ability to handle complexity.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
