This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical and analytical assistance to the FAA’s Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) program.

• Perform enterprise-level vendor risk evaluations and technical security assessments.

• Offer specialized expertise in SCRM throughout the procurement process.

• Create Acquisition Security Reviews and evaluation matrices.

• Draft specific contract security provisions, technical security requirements, and recommendations for risk acceptance.

• Convert intricate risk assessment data into comprehensible Executive Decision Packages.

• Aid in the formulation and upkeep of FAA SCRM policies and standard operating procedures.

• Develop performance metrics and program reports for executive leadership.

• Foster relationships with external stakeholders.

• Organize SCRM training and awareness initiatives for acquisition personnel and program offices.


⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• An active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Risk Management, Intelligence Studies, National Security, Logistics, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of professional experience as an Intelligence Analyst or in third-party risk management, Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM), technical risk assessments, cybersecurity risk management, or infrastructure defense.

• A robust understanding of federal cybersecurity and risk management frameworks, particularly NIST SP 800-161 and NIST SP 800-53.

• Practical experience assessing the security posture of at least three technology profiles: Cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, Telecommunications hardware, Operational Technology (OT), or Industrial Control Systems (ICS).

• Demonstrated ability to transform complex technical vulnerabilities into clear written reports and executive summaries.

• Completion of formal military or federal intelligence training focusing on threat network analysis or open-source collection is preferred.

• Holding one or more industry-recognized certifications is preferred: CISSP, CRISC, CISA, specialized federal SCRM, or counterintelligence training certifications.
