This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for designated Global Supply Chain positions throughout Central Europe.
• Spearhead the hiring for intricate and challenging roles utilizing advanced sourcing methods and engaging passive candidates.
• Evaluate and assess candidates for their suitability, capabilities, and cultural alignment, offering recommendations to hiring managers.
• Develop and sustain proactive talent pipelines for essential and frequently needed skill sets.
• Guarantee a high-quality, compliant, fair, and inclusive recruitment process as well as a positive candidate experience.
• Serve as an ambassador for the GE Vernova employer brand across pertinent channels and talent communities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to establish role requirements, hiring priorities, sourcing strategies, and market expectations.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on talent market trends, candidate availability, and best practices.
• Leverage recruitment data, funnel insights, and market intelligence to enhance search strategies and influence hiring decisions.
• Lead discussions regarding offers and manage complicated offer scenarios.
• Maintain precise and timely ATS and process data for reporting, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Implement Lean thinking and continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
• Identify bottlenecks in processes and opportunities for enhancement.
• Share best practices, market insights, and sourcing strategies within the TA team.
• Assist with TA projects, new tools, and evolving operational methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment, demonstrating strong end-to-end hiring expertise.
• Proven track record in recruiting for complex roles across various functions, business areas, and countries.
• Strong proficiency in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience advising hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey.
• Ability to utilize recruitment data, funnel metrics, and market insights to facilitate decisions and enhance outcomes.
• Strong skills in offer management and negotiation.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Polish and German, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.
• Desirable: experience in recruiting within Global Supply Chain, manufacturing, logistics, sourcing, quality, or related fields.
• Desirable: experience supporting recruitment efforts across Central Europe.
• Desirable: experience in corporate recruiting settings.
