Supply Chain Resiliency Program Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of the enterprise Supply Chain Resiliency (SCR) Program by evaluating and mitigating supply chain risks across suppliers, categories, and components.

• Perform market intelligence, supplier landscape evaluations, and research to uncover potential alternative sources of supply for sole-source, single-source, constrained, or high-risk categories and components.

• Act as the primary gatekeeper for the identification of alternative sources by assessing potential suppliers and offering recommendations to Category Management for sourcing decisions and risk mitigation planning.

• Collaborate with Category Management, Project Procurement Management, Supplier Performance Engineering, Engineering, Operations, Materials, and Account Management teams to create and execute supply chain risk mitigation strategies.

• Assist in the deployment and ongoing enhancement of Supplier Risk Management (SRM) processes, governance, tools, dashboards, reporting, and standard operating procedures.

• Coordinate and oversee Supply Chain Resiliency projects, ensuring alignment on priorities, project milestones, partner expectations, and governance requirements.

• Aggregate project status, pinpoint risks, bottlenecks, and resource limitations, and offer recommendations to facilitate timely execution and resolve issues.

• Evaluate supplier risk metrics, operational data, Power BI dashboards, and other performance indicators to detect trends, vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and executive updates on program performance, supply chain risks, mitigation efforts, and overall resiliency progress.

• Assist in developing process standardization, continuous improvement programs, frameworks, playbooks, templates, and training materials.

• Contribute to business continuity, supplier governance, and strategic supply chain initiatives aimed at enhancing enterprise resilience and minimizing risk exposure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• BA or Master's degree in an engineering discipline preferred

• Over 8 years of procurement experience in areas such as category management, operations, quality, project, or materials management
