Supply Chain Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee delivery milestones and governance for designated Supply Chain Transformation initiatives

• Develop and uphold comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with established timelines and monitoring progress against benchmarks

• Manage project documentation, including RAID logs, governance papers, Charters, Contracts, LPs, and status updates

• Facilitate governance routines and reporting, which includes stage gate submissions and updates for the programme dashboard

• Assist in tracking benefits and activities related to project closure

• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, collaborating with Project Leads and Sponsors to escalate and mitigate obstacles

• Ensure adherence to stage gate processes and aid teams in meeting governance requirements and utilizing tools

• Coordinate activities across various functions and ensure stakeholder alignment on deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities

• Provide structure and discipline to project execution while honoring Project Leads’ ownership of scope, benefits, and direction

• Adapt across multiple programmes and assist emerging strategic initiatives within the Supply Chain Transformation agenda
