Supply Chain Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Foster procurement relationships with server suppliers

• Offer insights for vendor scorecards and engage in quarterly business evaluations

• Partake in cross-functional meetings to align procurement strategies with both short- and long-term goals

• Collaborate with teams in Engineering, Design, Program Management, and Planning to incorporate new products and technologies

• Manage risks associated with roadmaps and outdated inventory

• Tackle material shortages and unforeseen conditions

• Work alongside business groups to comprehend component roles and the implications of delays

• Oversee pending deployments

• Recommend inter-warehouse transfers, project sequencing, and equipment alternatives

• Enhance deployment punctuality and overall deployment expenses

• Investigate, monitor, and efficiently resolve supply chain issues

• Partner with vendors to deliver timely and cost-effective solutions

• Collaborate with server manufacturers, third-party logistics providers, carriers, repair vendors, the Cloud Technology Group, and Finance stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in forecasting and procurement

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent qualification

• Proficient in Oracle, Siebel, Tableau, Anaplan, and SQL

• Experience in Project and Vendor Management

• Outstanding analytical skills in both financial and operational areas

• Capability to execute detailed tasks independently with accuracy and precision

• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and intercultural communication skills in both written and verbal forms
