Supply Chain Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Manage procurement relationships with server vendors.

• Offer insights for vendor scorecards and take part in quarterly business reviews.

• Engage in cross-functional meetings to align procurement strategies with both short-term and long-term goals.

• Work in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Program Management, and Planning teams to incorporate new products and technologies.

• Oversee roadmap risks and manage outdated inventory.

• Address issues related to material shortages and unexpected conditions.

• Collaborate with various business groups to comprehend component roles and the implications of delays.

• Keep track of upcoming deployments.

• Recommend inter-warehouse transfers, project sequencing, and equipment substitutions to enhance timeliness and reduce deployment costs.

• Research, monitor, and resolve supply chain issues with vendors by implementing timely and cost-effective solutions.

• Collaborate with Server Manufacturers, 3PLs, Carriers, Repair Vendors, Cloud Technology Group, and Finance Group stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in forecasting or procurement.

• High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in a related area.

• Knowledge of Oracle, Siebel, Tableau, Anaplan, and SQL.

• Experience in Project Management.

• Proficient in Vendor Management.

• Strong analytical skills in both financial and operational contexts.

• Ability to execute detailed tasks independently with precision and accuracy.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and intercultural communication skills in both written and verbal forms.

• Professional communication skills, both written and oral.
