This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Establish and enhance governance frameworks, operational standards, and project management methodologies.
• Propel AI adoption and digital innovation within procurement operations.
• Create standardized methodologies, operating procedures, playbooks, templates, and reporting mechanisms.
• Set up intake, prioritization, and resource allocation frameworks.
• Define and monitor procurement KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
• Ensure alignment with account-level strategy, business priorities, and JLL enterprise standards.
• Identify high-value AI use cases and incorporate AI-powered tools into procurement workflows.
• Keep track of emerging AI trends and conduct market research and vendor evaluations.
• Oversee the full spectrum of the procurement project portfolio, including category management, supplier transitions, system implementations, contract negotiations, and process optimization.
• Maintain centralized tracking systems and dashboards for initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned, post-implementation reviews, root cause analysis, and best-practice sharing.
• Lead process mapping, value stream analysis, and workflow optimization efforts.
• Develop and uphold knowledge management systems.
• Create executive dashboards, scorecards, and reports on procurement performance, portfolio health, financial impact, operational risks, and improvement initiatives.
• Assist with monthly accrual commentary, budget forecasts, variance analyses, and financial models.
• Monitor and report procurement savings, cost avoidance, and value realization against targets.
• Act as a liaison between procurement operations and account operational and facilities management service lines.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracting requirements, regulatory obligations, and audit standards.
• Encourage accountability, collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and performance excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• PMP, CSCP, or a similar professional certification (strongly preferred).
• Over 8 years of experience in operations, project management, or supply chain management within corporate real estate, facilities management, or procurement environments (required).
• Proven expertise in establishing and leading governance frameworks, operational standards, and PMO functions for sourcing and procurement teams.
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing methodologies, category management, supplier relationship management, and procurement best practices.
• Expert proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira, or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions, data modeling, and executive presentations.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience with procurement platforms, e-sourcing tools, contract management systems, and work order management systems (Corrigo, Coupa, SAP Ariba, or similar).
• Working knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in procurement, including generative AI tools, predictive analytics, and automation platforms.
