Supply Chain & Operations Talent Acceleration Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in a 24-month program featuring two 12-month developmental assignments within various Supply Chain sectors and corporate functions.

• Acquire insights into Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Ingredient Merchandising & Sourcing, Logistics, and Continuous Improvement throughout the divisions of Land O’Lakes.

• Participate in formal training, hands-on assignments, strategic initiatives, career development, networking opportunities, and community service.

• Tackle diverse, challenging, and high-visibility assignments throughout the Supply Chain, supported by executive sponsorship.

• Become qualified for key Supply Chain & Operations positions following the successful completion of the program, based on business requirements, career aspirations, and individual capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Operations, Business/Ag Business, Economics, Food Science, Engineering, Agriculture, or a recognized undergraduate program.

• Expected graduation in December 2026 or May 2027, or a recent graduate with less than 2 years of experience.

• Proven leadership experience in school, academic, or industry-related organizations.

• Successful completion of the Land O'Lakes internship program.

• Openness to relocation and travel as needed.
