📋 Description

• Define and spearhead the global inventory strategy.

• Oversee the planning governance model and SAP planning governance.

• Establish a master data policy.

• Drive network optimization in conjunction with global planning standards.

• Lead and cultivate a high-performing Center of Excellence (COE) team.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to advance transformation initiatives.

• Enhance service performance, optimize working capital, and promote operational excellence across a global landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in supply chain leadership positions.

• In-depth expertise in SAP planning systems.

• Proven experience in leading global transformation initiatives utilizing change management models.

• Skilled in managing and developing teams.

• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.

• APICS or a comparable certification.
