Supply Chain Manager – Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate scenarios to identify risks and opportunities related to inventory, capacity, and service levels, and recommend alternatives to leadership.

• Oversee planning and logistics functions, aligning demand with production capacity and financial outcomes.

• Manage the regional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes involving Commercial, Demand, Supply, Finance, and partner teams.

• Convert strategic directives, market conditions, and operational limitations into actionable plans for production, supply, capacity, and customer service.

• Track KPIs such as forecast accuracy and pinpoint opportunities, risks, and areas needing strategic adjustments.

• Foresee supply chain risks, constraints, and opportunities to enhance product mix, volumes, customer service, inventory, and profit margins.

• Advance planning-process maturity utilizing best practices, analytics, digital tools, and a focus on continuous improvement.

• Perform trade-off analyses and deliver recommendations to leadership, including ROI and risk evaluations.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must currently reside in Brazil.

• Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, BI, and data analysis tools.

• Extensive experience in Supply Chain and Integrated Planning, specifically in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).

• Proven experience managing intricate operations across multiple units.

• Background in demand planning.

• Capability to navigate complex environments with robust cross-functional collaboration.

• Track record of enhancing supply chain efficiency, operational performance, and interdepartmental collaboration.

• Strategic mindset coupled with a strong results-driven orientation.

• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities across various organizational levels.

• Proficient or fluent in English and Spanish.
