This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guernsey.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the long-term global network strategy and roadmap.

• Propel network design, scenario planning, and investment decisions within a complex international operation.

• Balance customer service, cost, sustainability, inventory, and resilience to generate enterprise-wide value.

• Shape the perspectives of senior stakeholders and provide counsel to executive leadership on strategic priorities.

• Lead transformational initiatives encompassing automation, technology, and capability development.

• Integrate manufacturing, distribution, technology, sustainability, and commercial strategies into a cohesive end-to-end network agenda.

• Monitor geopolitical, regulatory, technological, sustainability, and customer trends, translating emerging opportunities and risks into strategic decisions.

• Build and motivate a high-performing team.

• Foster alignment across operations, finance, technology, and commercial functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive senior leadership experience in supply chain strategy, network design, logistics, manufacturing, or a related field.

• Demonstrated success in executing large-scale network transformations within global multi-site organizations.

• A systems-thinking approach with a proven ability to design end-to-end networks while balancing service, cost, inventory, sustainability, resilience, and commercial outcomes.

• Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing abilities.

• Capacity to make decisive strategic choices in complex and ambiguous situations.

• Experience in creating investment business cases and steering transformation programs through to successful delivery.

• Background in managing consulting partners, technology providers, and strategic supplier ecosystems.

• Familiarity with vertically integrated or Joint Venture business models would be a plus.
