Supply Chain Manager – Hardware

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Handling local procurement: managing the entire process from task initiation with specifications and timelines to the receipt of goods in Europe and the USA.

• Overseeing current suppliers and expanding the local supplier database.

• Fostering cross-departmental collaboration: multiple teams are engaged in the workflow (IT/engineering, purchasing, finance, logistics).

• Developing dashboards and generating reports on ongoing tasks to guarantee timely completion within set deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in IT procurement or a similar position with an established network of IT hardware suppliers.

• Proficient in English.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines.

• Effective communication skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Outlook and MS Office.

• An added advantage would be: Familiarity with Netsuite.
