This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify supply chain stakeholders and uncover SCP opportunities within their account portfolios.
• Facilitate account-specific SCP strategy sessions to focus on accounts with the greatest supply chain potential.
• Act as the subject matter expert on strategic SCP initiatives — leading SCP discovery, defining the solution, and engaging with senior supply chain executives and economic decision-makers.
• Educate, certify, and empower partners to independently sell Pigment's supply chain solutions.
• Develop standardized SCP sales strategies and materials that partners can utilize without requiring subject matter expert assistance.
• Differentiate Pigment from SCP-specific point solutions (o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan) in competitive scenarios, presenting a clear and credible perspective.
• Drive SCP pipeline development in your region in collaboration with AEs and partners.
• Keep accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting for SCP-specific opportunities.
• Establish SCP success criteria and assist with PoV scoping in conjunction with Solutions Consultants and Account Executives.
• Contribute to and take responsibility for shared objectives alongside the wider supply chain team.
• Supply Chain SME Experience: You possess over 7 years of experience in a dedicated supply chain specialist, overlay, or field sales role.
• SCP Solution Sales: Demonstrated success in selling or enabling the sale of Supply Chain Planning solutions, with a history of driving revenue — not merely supporting from the sidelines.
• Competitive Platform Knowledge: Practical experience with one or more leading SCP platforms — o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, etc.
• Industry Expertise: Extensive experience selling to or operating within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, or Manufacturing. You understand the SCP challenges, planning processes, KPIs, and stakeholder dynamics specific to these sectors.
• AE & Partner Collaboration: Proven experience working closely with field sales and partner teams to generate and close revenue.
• Executive Presence: Comfortable presenting to VP and C-level supply chain executives as a peer. Capable of influencing both internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Commercial Acumen: Skilled in shaping deal strategies, building business cases, and navigating SCP opportunities through a complex enterprise sales cycle.
• Enablement Mindset: You find fulfillment in assisting others — AEs, partners, and customers — achieve success. You create repeatable structures rather than relying on one-off heroics.
• Self-Starter: Able to build pipeline and structure in ambiguous, fast-paced environments without needing direction.
