This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and guide clinical, quality, risk-adjustment, value-based contracts, and provider outreach initiatives.
• Manage QPA field staff and administrative team members.
• Enhance the quality of care for members, lower costs, and identify opportunities for risk adjustment.
• Supervise programs aimed at clinical quality, risk adjustment, and financial management efforts.
• Conduct data analysis to track program progress and outcomes.
• Offer supervision, coaching, training, and staff development for field personnel.
• Manage and oversee quality and risk adjustment initiatives and programs.
• Generate and examine reports to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and strategies regarding initiative progress and outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with other managers on team strategies and objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on joint initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and standards.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
• Residence in the Indianapolis, IN area is required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
• A Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Nursing, Public Health Administration, Business, or equivalent work experience is mandatory.
• Background in health sciences, preferably nursing.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• 5 years of experience in a managed care setting.
• Required certification or license: Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) (ACNP-BC), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), or a foreign-trained physician/MD.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Preferred certifications include Health Care Quality and Management (HCQM), Certified Healthcare Professional (CHP), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
