This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Prepare for floor walks with prominent luxury brands in the UK.

• Collaborate with head office teams to manage the store's inventory package.

• Conduct training sessions to enhance team product knowledge.

• Supervise a team of Sales Advisors and drive commercial success.

• Support store performance and execute strategic plans to meet departmental objectives.

• Analyze data and key performance indicators to make informed commercial decisions and enhance KPIs.

• Lead and motivate the store team through guidance, coaching, and support.

• Collaborate with Store Management, acting on feedback while working towards targets and deadlines.

• Foster enduring relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Encourage team personal development and career progression.

• Train, coach, and enhance the skills of the sales team.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Utilize business communication tools to ensure task completion and understanding of key functions.

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving retail priorities and business objectives.

• Monitor and meet store-level KPIs, including sales targets, company incentives, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure weekly wage controls are adhered to and address issues promptly and effectively.

• Tackle operational challenges and make sound decisions to implement solutions.

• Manage stock movement, conduct accurate store audits, and maintain visual standards in accordance with company guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, preferably in a supervisory or management role.

• Demonstrated ability to support, motivate, and guide team members in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering results.

• Strong product knowledge, encompassing brands, fashion trends, and materials.

• Understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, stock management, and loss prevention.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to build positive working relationships.

• Calm and composed demeanor under pressure, with the ability to effectively handle challenges and resolve issues.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Professionalism, discretion, and a polished appearance.

• Confident in communicating with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
