Supervising Clinician, LCSW-S / LPC-S – Supervision Only

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver necessary individual and/or group clinical supervision.

• Evaluate and authorize treatment plans and clinical documentation.

• Direct clinical decision-making and case formulation processes.

• Ensure adherence to state licensing boards and payer requirements, including UHC/Optum supervisory billing standards.

• Maintain documentation for supervision that is audit-ready.

• Uphold compliance with Impireum Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Assess notes for medical necessity, accuracy, and alignment with treatment plans.

• Offer structured, actionable feedback to enhance consistency among clinicians.

• Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer, clinical leadership, and operations and billing teams.

• Assist in the onboarding and training of associate clinicians.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LCSW-S or LPC-S license.

• Must be eligible to supervise according to state requirements.

• Licensed in one or more of the following states: TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, or LA.

• 3–5+ years of post-licensure experience is required.

• Previous supervision experience is preferred.
