Summer Internship Program – Military and Veterans Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist with special projects, initiatives, and specific tasks that vary by assignment.

• Evaluate beneficiary, market, CRM, and outreach data to uncover trends, enrollment opportunities, and insights.

• Enhance targeting, market prioritization, and beneficiary conversion efforts.

• Aid in assessing the complete TRICARE Prime Demo beneficiary journey.

• Leverage data and beneficiary insights to pinpoint friction points and suggest enhancements to awareness, education, enrollment, and beneficiary experience.

• Collaborate with Market Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and field teams.

• Convert market and beneficiary insights into actionable recommendations that support enrollment growth and market performance.

• Assist with market activation and research in Tampa and/or Atlanta.

• Engage with the community and field through market intelligence and special projects that strengthen ties to the military community.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Must be a current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or have graduated within the last 6 months.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent listening and critical thinking abilities.

• Reliable, adaptable, and capable of handling confidential information.

• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• General office environment; may require sitting or standing for extended periods.

• No licensure or certification is required.
