Summer Internship Program – Enterprise Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with special projects, initiatives, and specific tasks as assigned.

• Evaluate business processes, data, and technological solutions to pinpoint gaps, risks, and opportunities for enhancement within a healthcare IT setting.

• Collect, research, and document business requirements, workflows, and process maps.

• Create and sustain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Utilize analytical tools, AI technologies, and foundational IT infrastructure knowledge to facilitate process improvements and meet business objectives.

• Engage in projects that have an impact on the organization.

• Participate in Journey-to-the-Job seminars and network with CareSource leaders.

• Collaborate with an assigned mentor and previous interns.

• Acquire new skills and gain practical experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Must be a current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or have graduated within the last 6 months.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Effective listening and critical thinking skills.

• Reliable and adaptable, with the capacity to handle confidential information.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
