This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Convert business requirements into technical systems solutions and architectural plans.

• Lead a team of architects in implementing architectural principles, patterns, and standards.

• Tackle and resolve business challenges through architectural practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that architectures achieve desired outcomes and are technically feasible.

• Identify IT architectures and support the development of architecture that aligns with business objectives.

• Take part in governance activities to guarantee adherence to enterprise and solution architecture standards.

• Ensure the application of technology standards.

• Provide insights into how solutions impact enterprise operations and financial results.

• Oversee the growth and development of the organization's technical and architectural staff.

• Facilitate activities across departments.

• Create and execute strategic plans that align with Segment or Business strategies.

• Propel business results within the scope of management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• 8 or more years of technical experience.

• 5 or more years of experience in a management role.

• Advanced experience as a senior architect or technical lead on large IT projects involving multiple enterprise systems.

• 10 or more years of experience in designing, developing, and testing software applications.

• A strong desire to contribute to an organization dedicated to enhancing consumer experiences.

• Home internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.

• Suggested connection types include wireless, wired cable, or DSL.

• A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.
