Summer Internship – Military and Veterans Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist with special projects, initiatives, and specific activities based on assigned tasks.

• Examine beneficiary, market, CRM, and outreach data to uncover trends, enrollment opportunities, and insights.

• Support the evaluation of the complete TRICARE Prime Demo beneficiary journey.

• Recognize friction points and suggest enhancements to awareness, education, enrollment, and the beneficiary experience.

• Collaborate with Market Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and field teams.

• Convert market and beneficiary insights into actionable recommendations to support enrollment growth and market performance.

• Assist in the activation and research for the Tampa and/or Atlanta markets.

• Conduct community and field engagement, market intelligence, and special projects to strengthen connections with the military community.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Must be a current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or have graduated within the last 6 months.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong listening and critical thinking skills.

• Reliable and adaptable, with the capacity to maintain confidentiality.

• Effective problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

• No specific licensure or certification is required.
