Summer Intern – Global Financial Controls

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assist in assessing internal controls related to financial reporting (ICFR) to ensure compliance with SOX.

• Aid in the documentation and examination of process specifics and control matrices.

• Participate in walkthroughs and control testing to pinpoint potential control weaknesses.

• Offer general assistance to the Global Financial Controls Team, including administrative duties.

• Report directly to the Director of Financial Risk & Controls located at the Cranberry, Pennsylvania facility.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in accounting or finance.

• Must have completed the sophomore year of college.

• Capability to support the testing and assessment of financial controls and the control environment.

• Familiarity with or ability to engage with internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and SOX compliance.

• Proficiency in documenting and reviewing process specifics and control matrices.

• Ability to take part in walkthroughs and control testing.

• Must comply with applicable United States and equivalent export control regulations.
