This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Serve as a strategic advisor and growth partner for key merchants.
• Enhance merchant lifetime value, product adoption, expansion avenues, and retention rates.
• Lead Addi's commercial team, consisting of over 15 members.
• Manage commercial relationships with top key accounts.
• Create and execute team performance management strategies incorporating KPIs and regular tracking.
• Foster a culture of commercial excellence, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
• Develop brand account plans featuring monthly actions and coordination between Sales and Marketing.
• Conduct essential Monthly Business Reviews with each brand’s Commercial Lead.
• Present commercial pitches that cover sales performance, marketing strategies, and growth plans.
• Generate automated weekly performance reports for partners.
• Oversee the implementation of the Marketing Machine GTM, PACs, trade marketing initiatives, and Vendor Vault rollout.
• Ensure at least 90% activation of newly onboarded merchants within 30 days.
• Achieve a minimum of 20% quarter-over-quarter GMV growth across the managed portfolio.
• Create customized success plans for all high-potential merchants.
• Provide structured field insights to inform Addi’s product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Engage in interviews, a case study, and a co-founder interview as part of the hiring process.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Strategy roles.
• Proven ability to manage B2B client portfolios and deliver commercial results.
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, retail technology, or e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with digital checkout flows, embedded finance, or merchant onboarding is a plus.
• Capability to influence and advise decision-makers at various levels of merchant maturity.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to convert merchant sentiment into actionable steps.
• Effective communication skills across various functions and levels, both internally and externally.
• Data-centric understanding of merchant performance and obstacles.
• Experience in identifying bottlenecks and leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Ability to develop frameworks and processes that enhance team efficiency and ensure merchant consistency.
• Proficient in using Salesforce, Looker, Power BI, or similar CRM platforms.
• Solid understanding of GMV, activation, repayment, NPS, and other key merchant metrics.
• Skilled in creating dashboards and establishing reporting cadences.
• Responsible for merchant outcomes and committed to ambitious goal-setting.
• Conversational English proficiency is required as stated in the application form.
