Subtitling Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Ensure that the projects assigned are delivered to clients within the agreed timelines, maintaining the expected quality and adhering to company profitability margins.

• Oversee both internal and external resources in accordance with project directives, client expectations, and quality assurance procedures.

• Prepare and analyze translation files provided by clients.

• Monitor and manage client communications effectively.

• Guarantee a thorough shift handover process.

• Keep project data accurate, updated, and complete within the company system.

• Prepare necessary data for client invoicing and financial reporting.

• Engage in regular internal meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Prior experience in subtitling is essential.

• Experience in the localization and/or video game industry is preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Must be motivated, accountable, and a team player.

• Dependable and punctual.

• Proficient knowledge of PC and MS Office products is essential.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
