Project Manager – Business Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the full lifecycle of new business implementations following verbal approval.

• Maintain ongoing communication throughout the project to align with customer expectations.

• Strategically plan, lead, organize, and manage multiple project initiatives in accordance with the approved scope and schedule.

• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Operations teams to validate business scope, contractual documents, technical specifications, data analytics, and technology selections.

• Develop engineering frameworks that align with company strategies and delineate roles and responsibilities for the implementation team.

• Employ Operational Excellence principles related to Labor Management Systems, Workforce Optimization, and Performance Coaching & Observation.

• Convert business requirements into scalable designs while managing change control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Execute complex business requirements utilizing a variety of tools and technologies.

• Make initial business decisions, formulate ramp-up plans and schedules, identify potential risks, and devise mitigation strategies.

• Lead cross-functional implementation teams and support groups.

• Provide guidance to customers on deploying products within their environments.

• Approve and test Standard Operating Procedures in conjunction with IT.

• Ensure a seamless transition to operations following go-live and ramp-up phases.

• Engage with customer representatives from senior operations to warehouse operations and end-users.

• Work closely with customer and operations leadership to ensure adherence to processes.

• Collaborate with project managers to identify potential issues and risks.

• Develop documentation for the transition from implementation to post-implementation support.

• Analyze industry trends and recommend enhancements within the Engineering division.

• Support Quality Driven Management techniques and data-informed decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in direct customer-facing roles and implementation delivery.

• Capacity to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies and translate them into customer solutions.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to inspire and maintain effective working relationships.

• Capability to depend on experience and judgment to plan and achieve objectives.

• Experience in managing personnel, including contractors and suppliers.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
