This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Deliver psychotherapy aimed at the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adults and their families.
• Tailor services to address the distinct needs of clients.
• Lead IOP, SOP, and Aftercare groups utilizing the agency's Substance Abuse Program curriculum.
• Provide individual and/or family therapy when necessary.
• Leverage community resources and referrals to enhance and broaden treatment options.
• Prepare reports and communicate with DCS, probation, and other involved parties.
• Foster positive working relationships with both internal and external team members, stakeholders, and community and business partners.
• Work remotely from home while upholding professional standards.
• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• A Master's Degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, or social work is REQUIRED.
• Prior experience in facilitating groups is required.
• Experience with substance abuse populations is necessary.
• AzBBHE Licensure is preferred.
• Experience with the Families First program is preferred.
• Must possess or be capable of obtaining a valid fingerprint clearance card.
• A valid Arizona Driver's License, with no major infractions in the last three years, is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of employment.
• Willingness to complete reports and communicate punctually with DCS, probation, and others is essential.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Strong time management skills are required.
• Good team collaboration skills are necessary.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical abilities are required.
• Ability to document detailed information accurately.
• Capacity to remain calm in crisis situations.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to recognize personal limitations and engage positively and empathetically with all individuals.
• Professional conduct that aligns with ethical practices and agency policies is expected.
• Professional demeanor while working remotely from home is required.
• If driving for agency-related activities: valid Arizona driver license, appropriate liability insurance, and approval for liability coverage are necessary.
• At the time of hire: a 3-year state driving record with no major infractions or excessive violations/tickets is required.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.
