Subrogation Claims Service Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute non-complex, non-technical claim-related tasks in accordance with established quality, productivity, and process standards.

• Manage a single line of claims or a mix of claims from various segments.

• Provide compassionate, swift, fair, and straightforward service to promote customer retention.

• Establish and maintain customer relationships by understanding and fulfilling their needs.

• Conduct clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, email management, calendar coordination, and word processing.

• Manage claim files, which includes locating, requesting, filing, reconstructing, moving, and dispatching files.

• Retrieve, print, fax, or mail supporting documentation to vendors or other parties as needed.

• Receive, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and electronic correspondence.

• Communicate with customers and claim-related third parties to gather or provide file information.

• Generate and distribute forms to insured parties and claimants.

• Complete forms, log documents into the system, and forward them to the appropriate parties.

• Undertake additional related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required.

• Prior experience in customer service, subrogation, and/or insurance is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability for timely follow-up.

• Effective oral and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Excel and Word.

• Capability to perform routine tasks of basic complexity under general supervision.

• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.

• Must undergo a background investigation, including a drug screening.

• Must reside in the United States.

• This position is not available to residents of AK, CA, or HI.
