Subject Matter Expert – Retail Trade & Store Operations, English/Indonesian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic Retail Trade scenarios in either Indonesian or English, tailored to the context of Indonesian operations.

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks involving operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and compliance.

• Assess both AI-generated and human-generated responses for accuracy, adherence to policies, quality of customer service, and operational authenticity.

• Assist in creating “gold standard” solutions that embody best practices in Indonesian retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations.

• Complete the onboarding process, register with Tipalti, and become a part of the Production team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Indonesian combined with strong professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.

• Experience in one or more relevant roles, including Retail Sales Supervision, Store or Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance protocols, inventory management, and the Indonesian retail landscape.

• Consistent availability and dedication to the role.

• Most responsibilities necessitate a minimum of 2 hours each day or 10 hours weekly.

• Contractors must reside outside regions affected by international embargoes or sanctions.

• Individuals are solely accountable for their own tax obligations.

• An English-language version of your resume/C.V. is required for application.
