Subject Matter Expert – AI Team Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in developing engaging, relevant, and industry-focused content for the AI Team Management course.

• Design the AI Team Management curriculum, ensuring comprehensive coverage of topics, scenarios, videos, and applicable skills that align with industry standards.

• Collaborate with the Learning Experience Design team to create on-demand content and engage in the hands-on Playbook project.

• Offer insights and review the agenda for live sessions.

• Record dynamic and authentic videos that demonstrate AI leadership concepts and the application of various technologies and tools.

• Motivate learners, foster confidence, and assist them in integrating AI into their leadership practices.

• Enhance learner engagement, retention, and overall success.

• Participate in a kickoff meeting to outline the project and clarify schedules.

• Attend 1–2 working sessions weekly during weeks 2–5 to outline lessons, exercises, and video content.

• Work concurrently with the learning designer to create content and detailed outlines for videos.

• Record and upload videos in week 6.

• Review the module and provide constructive feedback in week 7.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management.

• At least 2 years of experience in AI adoption.

• Profound understanding and a clear perspective on best practices for AI adoption and management within teams.

• A strong desire for learning and a commitment to helping others develop, particularly regarding career advancement and skill enhancement.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to connect with learners from various professional backgrounds.

• A solid viewpoint on the skills and knowledge essential for newcomers to the field.

• Skill in explaining concepts in an accessible manner and clarifying the rationale behind them.

• Ability to be authentic and engaging on video.

• Resume should be submitted in PDF format.

• A required sample video of at least 1–2 minutes in length.

• Applications must be submitted through the job board.

• Applicants must respond to questions regarding team management experience, AI trends, AI technologies, and AI adoption.
