This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.
• Define, manage, and implement the complete delivery of data, analytics, and AI products for Power’s Global Services & Commercial division.
• Ensure the timely, budget-conscious, high-quality delivery of analytical and AI solutions that provide measurable business value.
• Develop the product vision and convert business priorities into scalable, user-focused Analytics and AI offerings.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery efforts and promote the adoption and integration of solutions into daily operations.
• Supervise the delivery of AI products from data-readiness evaluations and proof-of-concept implementations to minimum viable product (MVP) delivery, production rollout, and operational transition.
• Collaborate with teams in AI Strategy, Data Science, AI Architecture, Portfolio Management, and Data Architecture.
• Create and sustain an AI demand pipeline while establishing processes for intake and prioritization.
• Outline and implement the roadmap for data, analytics, and AI products throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Convert agile-planning demands into actionable capacity plans.
• Lead Program Increment planning and collaborate with OCIO and strategic partners to onboard resources and capabilities.
• Act as the main point of contact among executive stakeholders, Digital Technology, business operations, and delivery partners.
• Conduct workshops and implement enhancements across tools, processes, and workflows.
• Transform business requirements into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs.
• Ensure adherence to data quality, architecture, cybersecurity, internal controls, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Establish standard practices and optimize analytical platforms and operational models.
• Define product KPIs, track user adoption and feedback, recognize trends, and drive improvements.
• Identify automation opportunities and enhance process and data lineage to boost delivery efficiency and team productivity.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a STEM-related field, including Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• A minimum of ten years of experience in data management, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• At least eight years of technical experience, showcasing leadership across multiple functions and disciplines within a product or delivery organization.
• Experience with Global Services & Commercial platforms and applications.
• Proven success in leading at least two major transformation initiatives, including organizational change management and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in Agile and SAFe environments.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data and analytics technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SAP, Oracle, and Databricks.
• Familiarity with cloud, big data, and AI/ML technologies, including AWS, Python, Spark, and Java, is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Global Services & Commercial value streams and the integration of transactional and analytical data.
• Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and the comprehensive AI and machine learning lifecycle.
• Ability to lead transformations, manage competing priorities, influence senior stakeholders, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
• Capability to build inclusive, high-performing teams and collaborate across various functional organizations.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, SOX compliance, data governance, privacy, application controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience applying Lean principles, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including mentoring and motivating teams.
