Artificial Intelligence Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation utilizing AI agents.

• Create solutions that minimize operational effort, speed up processes, and enhance business efficiency.

• Oversee the deployment of artificial intelligence agents aimed at automating business operations.

• Decrease manual tasks and broaden the organization’s operational capabilities.

• Track metrics such as operational hours saved, SLA reductions, cost savings, automation rates, agent accuracy, user NPS, and revenue or efficiency generated.

• Provide agents for exam and document validation, customer registration and approval, customer service and support, collections and payments, ticket classification, operational monitoring, contract analysis and compliance, and data insights for Product and Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient understanding of artificial intelligence and automation technologies.

• Proven experience in developing AI solutions.

• Strong leadership and project management abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Relevant certifications in AI and automation (preferred).

• Background in specific sectors such as healthcare or financial services (preferred).
