Student Outreach Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee incoming and outgoing customer communications via calls, chats, and texts while achieving productivity targets.

• Deliver prompt, precise, and professional support for all inquiries.

• Record and update customer details within the CRM system.

• Adhere to escalation protocols and company guidelines to ensure issues are resolved.

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and client regulations.

• Effectively utilize training materials and share knowledge with colleagues.

• Achieve or surpass performance metrics and KPIs.

• Primarily engage with students on behalf of IonTuition's clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Dependable internet connection.

• Ability to build and maintain rapport through effective communication and prompt follow-up with customers.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Self-motivated individual with a high level of internal drive.

• Proficiency in operating and navigating various technical devices and systems.

• Competence in troubleshooting common computer issues.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.; IonTuition participates in E-Verify.

• Training availability required Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm CST during the first two weeks of employment.
