📋 Description

• Oversee both inbound and outbound communications via calls, chats, and texts while achieving productivity standards.

• Deliver prompt, precise, and professional support for all customer inquiries.

• Record and update customer details in the CRM platform.

• Adhere to escalation procedures and organizational policies to guarantee resolution.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and client regulations.

• Effectively utilize training materials and impart knowledge to team members.

• Achieve or surpass all performance metrics and KPIs.

• Primarily engage with students on behalf of clients.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Dependable internet connection.

• Capability to build and maintain rapport through effective communication and timely follow-ups with customers.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Self-motivated with a high level of internal drive.

• Proficiency in operating and navigating various technical devices and systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues.

• Must adhere to all federal, state, and client compliance requirements.
