Student Ambassador

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +9 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist fellow students in getting started with and utilizing Cengage digital learning products.

• Support student onboarding sessions, conduct in-class activities, facilitate demonstrations, and participate in peer Q&As.

• Develop engaging social media content related to Cengage products, student activities, and the Ambassador experience.

• Compose student-centric content focused on digital learning.

• Produce a brief video or testimonial highlighting the Cengage experience.

• Provide genuine feedback and share student viewpoints with the Cengage team.

• Assist in selected Cengage marketing initiatives or student engagement efforts.

• Attend training sessions and program check-ins.

• Complete agreed-upon activities according to the student’s own schedule.

• Help ensure Cengage products effectively reach, engage, and support university students.

• Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate, postgraduate, or PhD student.

• Attend an institution that utilizes a relevant Cengage digital learning product.

• Possess confident and friendly communication skills.

• Enjoy assisting and engaging with fellow students.

• Be organized, reliable, and comfortable managing your own time.

• Capable of working independently and meeting established deadlines.

• Have an interest in content creation or utilizing social media.

• Be willing to participate in student-facing activities.

• Experience in social media, video production, presenting, student organizations, peer support, or campus activities is beneficial but not mandatory.
