Strategy & Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the Account Management function for LCSP, encompassing partner health, performance incentives, cadences, and a scalable playbook.

• Take charge of the strategy for onboarding partners, including sourcing, launching, and scaling partners effectively.

• Supervise onboarding and sales in the short term while developing the function over time.

• Act as the primary liaison for LCSP entrepreneurs with DoorDash following their launch.

• Collaborate with operators on performance, business health, and incentive results.

• Utilize knowledge of the DoorDash ecosystem to assist partners, engaging strategy and operations, product, support, and legal as necessary.

• Create scalable solutions with partners, leveraging their insights and feedback.

• Report to the Senior Manager on the LCSP team within the Dasher & Logistics organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in dynamic environments such as technology, fintech, strategy & operations, consulting, or banking.

• Proven experience in managing business partners and their performance metrics.

• Capability to independently structure ambiguous and undefined problems.

• Proficient in using data to inform decision-making.

• Comfortable working with SQL and Excel.

• Possess a curious and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Ability to integrate high-level strategy with hands-on execution.

• Demonstrated ownership and accountability for results.
