Strategy & Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist in the cross-business strategy and operations function within Diversified Commercial Solutions.

• Facilitate effective execution to achieve business objectives and financial goals.

• Promote a culture of growth and innovation.

• Report directly to the DCS Chief of Staff and collaborate with DCS leadership stakeholders.

• Oversee the operational rhythm and steer strategic initiatives from inception to implementation.

• Ensure transparency regarding financial health and progress through the DCS management process.

• Manage ongoing deliverables, reporting schedules, and selected ad hoc projects.

• Take ownership of cross-functional strategic initiatives, including the end-to-end cross-sell strategy.

• Identify opportunities to enhance engagement with partner organizations in a complex, matrixed environment.

• Develop content for internal forums and high-profile external events.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related field.

• Experience in the healthcare insurance industry is preferred.

• Strong business acumen coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Proven experience in preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences.

• Resourceful operator demonstrating ownership and accountability.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

• A successful history of collaborating with stakeholders in cross-functional or matrixed organizational structures is preferred.

• Proficiency in AI and hands-on experience with AI tools to enhance work capacity is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as business administration, finance, economics, and/or marketing, or equivalent work experience.

• Availability to work east coast hours is preferred.
