📋 Description

• Collaborate with the COO to advance company objectives and manage projects from inception to completion across finance, legal, and customer operations.

• Recognize and eliminate inefficiencies by utilizing AI and automation tools such as Linear and Pylon.

• Create and document enhanced processes, providing training to teams on new operational methods.

• Oversee the operating rhythm of the leadership team by monitoring commitments, collecting updates, and ensuring follow-through.

• Develop and sustain dashboards and KPI reporting for the leadership team.

• Assist with finance operations, including follow-up on collections.

• Perform competitive and industry analysis and deliver clear recommendations to the leadership team.

• Spot gaps, bottlenecks, and unassigned tasks, taking initiative without needing to be prompted.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid analytical background from management consulting, professional services advisory, a corporate management associate program, or a strategy or operations position in a high-growth company.

• Excellent analytical abilities, including proficiency in spreadsheet analysis and deriving insights from data.

• Exceptional written English skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready presentations and concise one-page summaries.

• Availability to work full U.S. business hours (Eastern Time).

• Bachelor's degree with a commendable academic record.

• Experience working remotely with U.S. teams or clients is a plus.

• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare or pharmacy is a plus.

• Experience in automating workflows using AI is a plus.
