Strategy & Marketing Coordinator – Health & Wellness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Create and implement marketing strategies for virtual training programs and subscriber retention in the website membership portal.

• Collaborate with the Social Media Strategist to coordinate promotional campaigns, email marketing, and landing pages.

• Design, compose, and distribute targeted email sequences, launch flows, and communications aimed at subscriber retention.

• Manage the customer journey within the membership portal and online store, emphasizing conversions and user experience.

• Track marketing funnel metrics, growth in portal memberships, and performance of engagement.

• Evaluate trends in health, wellness, mindfulness, and online education to assist in authentic and competitive product positioning.

• Support the launch and expansion of new digital initiatives, online offerings, and the website membership portal.

• Engage directly in cross-channel marketing strategies, funnel optimization, and membership growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in marketing coordination, digital strategy, or growth marketing, preferably within the wellness, e-learning, or subscription sectors.

• Strong understanding of email marketing, sales funnels, and the mechanics of membership portal growth.

• Exceptional written and verbal proficiency in English.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple digital product launches concurrently.

• Comfortable with analyzing conversion data and translating findings into strategic actions.

• Practical experience with membership platforms like Kajabi, Teachable, or WordPress/MemberPress.

• A personal interest in or experience with health, wellness, mindfulness, or sound healing.

• Must be capable of receiving payments through Wise; eligibility may be affected by international payment regulations and the availability of Wise.
