This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete project execution process independently.

• Lead teams of up to 3 employees in conducting structured analyses and primary research.

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients.

• Identify and cultivate opportunities for building and developing client relationships.

• Supervise the daily execution of client projects.

• Mentor and support the individual growth of junior colleagues.

• Promote a high-performance culture within the team.

• Facilitate workshops targeting various audiences.

• Deliver practical recommendations aimed at achieving sustainable results during team and client meetings.

• Function as a project manager in complex and highly dynamic environments.

• Provide operational assistance by structuring analyses effectively.

• Contribute innovative ideas to the growth of 3HORIZONS.

• Engage in the enhancement of technologies, methods, and consulting strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or relevant strategy experience in a respected organization.

• A Master's degree from a leading university with an exemplary academic record.

• A technical background is considered an advantage.

• An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.

• A proven history of high performance and notable achievements.

• Demonstrated capability to effectively influence partners and executives.

• An entrepreneurial mindset.

• Knowledge and practical application of Lean Testing, MVPs, and disciplined experimentation.

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.

• Proven leadership skills within a team environment.

• Customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills for independent management of clients and teams.

• Proactive individual, eager to explore new avenues and create opportunities for others.

• Fluency in English is essential.

• Proficiency in an additional language is required.

• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Knowledge of French, German, and/or Italian is advantageous.
