This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and enhance systems, workflows, and tools that are in line with the company's long-term objectives.
• Construct data architecture and deploy automated systems that shift operations from a reactive to a proactive stance.
• Create comprehensive roadmaps that align with the vision of leadership and the requirements of stakeholders.
• Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams in Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, and Marketing for effective execution.
• Conduct focused stand-up meetings to sustain momentum and ensure accountability.
• Balance strategic oversight with hands-on implementation.
• Identify and spearhead automation, tooling, and process initiatives that minimize manual tasks and enable scalability.
• Tackle complex operational challenges with innovative solutions.
• Transform data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Develop documentation to support knowledge transfer and ensure sustainable implementation.
• Test new processes systematically to validate and ensure flawless execution.
• Over 8 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, and eCommerce fulfillment in rapidly growing environments.
• Proven history of directing complex, high-impact Operations projects from inception to successful delivery.
• A hands-on, proactive mindset: willing to engage in details, collaborate with the team, and resolve issues directly—not merely providing strategic guidance from a distance.
• Practical experience with ERP systems (such as NetSuite) and operational technologies (including Pigment, SPS Commerce, and transportation management systems).
• Strong strategic systems thinking: capable of identifying upstream inefficiencies while executing detailed solutions.
• Proven ability to cross-train and step into related roles to maintain organizational stability and drive momentum.
• Strong analytical capabilities for making data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear communication abilities that facilitate collaboration across departments.
• Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and a focus on solutions.
• Experience in creating effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational frameworks.
