Strategist, Governance Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage several simultaneous governance projects

• Act as the primary point of contact for client working sessions and interviews on a daily basis

• Present both draft and final outcomes to client stakeholders through iterative processes and final presentations

• Develop operational frameworks for the platform that encompass naming conventions, project structuring, branching guidelines, and cost distribution

• Create enterprise ontology governance models tailored to each client's specific environment

• Design security for objects, access based on projects, mapping identity groups to roles, and models for branch protection

• Assist in the practical configuration of security and permissions within the scope of the engagement

• Create frameworks to enable citizen developers, which include builder tiers, onboarding pathways, and access guidelines

• Contribute reusable patterns, templates, and insights gained from engagements to the Governance & Best Practices practice

• Assist in pre-sales activities by scoping and estimating levels of effort

• Collaborate with the VP of Governance & Advisory, Forward Deployed Engineers, Deployment Strategists, and client stakeholders

• Report directly to the VP of Governance & Advisory

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with a Palantir customer or as a partner in Palantir implementations

• Practical experience with Palantir Foundry at the platform administration level

• Familiarity with multiple distinct Foundry implementations or various business domains

• Knowledge of Foundry permissions and group management, project organization, markings, branch handling, and ontology structure across different domains

• Experience in designing enterprise ontology across core and domain layers, including branching and proposal workflows

• Capability to produce comprehensive, client-ready written materials from stakeholder interviews and workshop notes

• Ability to function effectively with incomplete information and adapt reference models to unfamiliar client environments

• Experience facilitating working sessions with senior stakeholders, ranging from Director to VP levels

• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed according to engagement schedules

• Preferred: experience in designing citizen developer, center of excellence, or champion enablement programs

• Preferred: experience with AIP, including AIP Logic, AI-FDE, and AIP-enabled workflow design

• Preferred: hands-on experience in delivering full-stack applications in Foundry, covering Data Connection, Transformation, Ontology, and front-end UI

• Preferred: background in consulting or professional services
