This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the practical design and implementation of governance frameworks for Palantir Foundry deployments.
• Manage several simultaneous governance initiatives.
• Act as the primary lead for client working sessions and interviews on a daily basis.
• Deliver draft and final outputs to client stakeholders through iterative processes and final presentations.
• Create operational frameworks for the platform that include naming conventions, project structures, branching guidelines, and cost allocation.
• Develop governance models for enterprise ontology tailored to each client’s specific environment.
• Design security protocols for objects, project-based access, identity group-to-role mappings, and branch protection strategies.
• Provide hands-on configuration support within the engagement scope.
• Create frameworks for citizen-developer enablement, comprising builder tiers, onboarding pathways, and access guidelines.
• Contribute reusable patterns, templates, and insights from engagements to the Governance & Best Practices practice.
• Assist in pre-sales scoping and estimating levels of effort.
• Collaborate with the VP of Governance & Advisory, Forward Deployed Engineers, Deployment Strategists, and client stakeholders.
• Report directly to the VP of Governance & Advisory.
• Travel to client sites as needed based on engagement schedules.
• Experience with a Palantir customer or as a partner in Palantir implementation.
• Practical experience at the platform administration level with Palantir Foundry.
• Experience across multiple distinct implementations of Foundry or in various business domains.
• Familiarity with Foundry permissions and group management, project organization, markings, branching and branch protection, and ontology structure across diverse domains.
• Experience in designing enterprise ontology that spans core and domain layers, including workflows for branching and proposals.
• Capability to produce comprehensive, client-ready written deliverables from stakeholder interviews and workshop notes.
• Ability to work with incomplete information and adapt reference patterns to new client settings.
• Experience leading working sessions with senior stakeholders ranging from Director to VP levels.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary based on engagement schedules.
• Preferred: experience in designing citizen developer, center of excellence, or champion enablement programs.
• Preferred: AIP experience, including AIP Logic, AI-FDE, and AIP-enabled workflow design.
• Preferred: hands-on experience in delivering full-stack applications within Foundry, covering Data Connection, Transformation, Ontology, and Front-end UI.
