Strategic Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Perform research, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and engaging with candidates.

• Implement and apply cost-effective recruitment strategies to draw in highly qualified and diverse candidates.

• Build a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.

• Pre-screen and assess candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting phone screenings.

• Develop tracking systems for all candidates and maintain the internal database.

• Collaborate with managers and other departments to identify future talent requirements and proactively source virtual professional candidates.

• Utilize online channels, portals, social networking platforms, job boards, and job postings to source and connect with candidates.

• Measure and report sourcing metrics in real-time.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of demonstrated work experience as a Sourcing Specialist or in a similar role.

• Extensive experience in leveraging various channels, social networking sites, online portals, and resume databases to identify potential candidates.

• Practical experience using tools, applications, and systems for talent acquisition.

• Familiarity with creating sourcing plans and implementing strategies to enhance candidate searches.

• Knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in a healthcare or medical-related field (Preferred but not mandatory).

• Practical experience with various selection processes, including video interviews, phone interviews, and reference checks (Preferred but not mandatory).

• Computer processor: Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher.

• Computer memory/RAM: 8.00 GB.

• Operating system: At least Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura.

• USB noise-cancelling headset required.

• Camera capable of delivering clear and high-quality video output.

• Backup system or UPS capable of powering the workstation for a minimum of 3 hours.

• Primary DSL/fiber internet connection with a minimum contracted speed of 100mb/s.

• Backup internet connection with a minimum cellular speed of 20mb/s.
