This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage the complete renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic, high-value accounts, beginning with early risk assessment and continuing through negotiation and closure.
β’ Achieve or surpass retention and expansion goals.
β’ Navigate procurement-led purchasing processes with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 to 1000.
β’ Oversee RFPs, vendor evaluations, security and compliance inquiries, and multi-stakeholder approval processes.
β’ Conduct complex commercial negotiations and structure multi-year, multi-product agreements in collaboration with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and customer procurement teams.
β’ Implement a rigorous renewal process that includes precise forecasting, pipeline management, and timely execution.
β’ Actively manage renewal risks and execute strategies to retain at-risk accounts.
β’ Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management teams to pinpoint upsell, cross-sell, and resizing opportunities.
β’ Keep accurate records and insights using Salesforce.
β’ Participate in-person during occasional company events.
β’ Report directly to the Manager of Renewals.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success, specifically with enterprise or strategic accounts.
β’ A proven history of meeting or exceeding retention and expansion objectives in a SaaS or subscription-based environment.
β’ Experience with formal procurement, vendor management, and multi-stakeholder purchasing processes, particularly with Fortune 500 to 1000 companies.
β’ Strong skills in commercial negotiation.
β’ Capability to structure agreements that span multiple years and products.
β’ A process-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on forecasting discipline and pipeline management.
β’ Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
β’ Comfort with using data to inform decision-making.
β’ Ability to balance a disciplined approach to process execution and procurement engagement while building relationships.
β’ Outstanding communication skills with the ability to articulate value and ROI to business and procurement stakeholders.
β’ Must be able to work from an eligible location in the United States.
β’ Reliable broadband or fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps in a dedicated workspace when working remotely.
β’ Device required for multifactor authentication (MFA/2FA).
