Strategic Partnership Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide implementation assistance to M-DCPS schools and regions.

• Conduct live and virtual professional development sessions to enhance engagement and usage of IXL.

• Travel locally to offer professional development sessions and implementation support, entailing up to 60% local travel and occasional overnight stays.

• Collaborate with school and district partners to develop and execute professional development plans that ensure successful IXL implementation.

• Utilize data to inform decision-making and strategize subsequent steps.

• Partner with Customer Success and Sales team members to cultivate and enhance customer relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree.

• Over 7 years of experience in educational professional development.

• Background as a school or district administrator or significant experience in delivering professional development to these audiences.

• Experience teaching in a K-12 environment (preferred experience in M-DCPS).

• Outstanding presentation skills.

• Familiarity with web-based technologies that support instruction.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Self-motivated and quick learner with a passion for enhancing education through technology.

• Strategic thinker and adept problem-solver.
