Strategic Initiatives Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive project management for key Business Operations initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

• Collaborate with APX Customer Support Advocates to enhance customer-facing operational workflows and address issues related to billing, invoicing, licensing, and service delivery.

• Create, develop, and maintain performance dashboards utilizing tools such as Tableau, Jira, or Salesforce.

• Provide weekly status updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries to leadership stakeholders.

• Promote ongoing improvement for mobile video, fixed video, and APX ecosystem deployments.

• Strategize, monitor, and implement Go-To-Market plans for product and feature launches.

• Evaluate workflows, pinpoint bottlenecks, and implement scalable internal processes that support enterprise growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.

• 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in project management, business operations, or a comparable cross-functional execution role within a large enterprise or intricate tech/hardware setting.

• Practical experience in supporting customer-facing teams or managing operational escalations (invoicing, billing resolution, order tracking).

• Direct experience or working knowledge of mobile video (body-worn, in-car), fixed video surveillance, or mission-critical communications (e.g., APX P25 radios).

• Familiarity with enterprise project management, business intelligence, and CRM tools (e.g., Planview, Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Tableau), including hands-on experience in creating operational dashboards.

• Proven history of managing GTM rollouts, technical implementations, and consistent executive status communications.

• Demonstrated capability to utilize data for informed decision-making, measure project success, and transform raw data into actionable reports for stakeholders.

• High emotional intelligence with a proven track record of influencing, negotiating, and building consensus among diverse stakeholders without direct authority.

• Must be able to travel up to 25% as necessary for this role.

• A High School diploma, Bachelor's degree, along with an active PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), or Six Sigma Certification is required for this position.

• Previous professional services experience supporting Public Safety Agencies, Law Enforcement, or Enterprise Security Operations is a must.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
