Project Manager, Bilingual Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee client-facing initiatives for the customization and deployment of Sales Performance Management solutions

• Engage in all phases of the project lifecycle, from pre-sales proposals to SDLC, implementation, support transition, and post-implementation

• Create project plans that encompass timelines, budgets, resource assignments, and risk management strategies

• Supervise project phases, including scope, deliverables, budgets, risks, governance, change control, and escalations

• Cultivate relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, such as executives, product owners, and consulting teams

• Monitor project progress and status through weekly meetings with internal and client teams

• Compile and present project status updates to clients, stakeholders, governance committees, and senior leadership

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including artifacts, decisions, outcomes, storage, and retention protocols

• Negotiate and document changes in scope as well as support change requests/orders

• Address and resolve obstacles and conflicts to ensure quality delivery

• Facilitate the transition from completed projects to the internal support team

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required)

• Willingness to travel within the United States and LATAM (required, although there are no immediate travel plans)

• Professional proficiency in Spanish, with the capability to lead executive-level meetings and create written project documentation (required)

• At least 3 years of experience in project management (required)

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology implementation (SDLC) (required)

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) designation (preferred)

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) (preferred)

• Prior experience in consulting (preferred)

• Familiarity with Sales Performance Management software systems is an advantage (preferred)
