📋 Description

• Take ownership of the company's comprehensive financial model, encompassing 3-statement forecasts, scenario analyses, and long-term planning.

• Develop frameworks to facilitate agile resource adjustments as the business expands or market dynamics evolve.

• Lead strategic analyses for resource distribution, competitive positioning, workforce planning, and make-or-buy considerations.

• Assist in the evaluation of strategic partnerships and commercial agreements, including financial modeling for licensing deals, pricing strategies, and infrastructure investments.

• Construct and validate operating models that monitor unit economics, cohort retention, capacity utilization, and various other metrics.

• Oversee data analyses and essential operating dashboards, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and coherent narrative reporting.

• Create scalable infrastructure for KPI monitoring, connecting product and revenue metrics to financial results.

• Support investor relations reporting and market intelligence to shape financing strategies.

• Collaborate closely with the CFO, Head of FP&A, and departmental functional leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a combination of investment banking, management consulting, or in-house corporate development/FP&A within a high-growth technology firm.

• Exceptional financial modeling capabilities with a strong quantitative approach to assessing operational success.

• High comfort level with AI and adaptability in employing AI tools to boost productivity.

• Proficient in managing large volumes of data to establish metrics and create dashboards.

• Experience in navigating strategic deals, fundraising, or partner/investor relations to support strategic initiatives.

• Background in preparing materials for Boards, executives, or investors.

• Genuine passion for AI and its effects on industry and society.

• If based in the US, must have authorization to work in the US.
