Finance Head, Corporate Functions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Cultivate expertise within the finance department.

• Deliver professional insights and thought leadership.

• Shape policy and ensure execution within the finance department while collaborating with other organizational functions.

• Lead functional teams or projects that have moderate resource needs, risks, and/or complexity.

• Present business solutions to leaders in functional areas.

• Convey complex information and negotiate internally and, when necessary, with external partners, vendors, or customers.

• Impact a small business unit, segment, finance family, or P&L business segment.

• Manage or influence budget allocations.

• Guide teams in discovering innovative solutions to intricate problems affecting the organization.

• Assess information quality and challenge conflicting data for analysis.

• Utilize internal and external resources across functions to aid in decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Demonstrated proficiency in leading programs and projects.

• Capable of documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Established skills in project management.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, when applicable.
